Your data

Contacts and every event live in your own Postgres, in a plain schema you can query or take with you.

Your reputation

Send through your own ZeptoMail account and domain, so the sending reputation you build is yours.

Your pace

Set the exact rate mail leaves — down to the minute — and change it while a campaign is running.

Everything included

The whole loop, in one place

From a messy spreadsheet to a measured broadcast, without stitching four tools together.

CSV import that reads your file

Any column layout works. Fields are detected automatically, unmatched columns are kept as custom data, and low-cardinality columns become tags on the way in.

Lists, tags and live segments

Build a filter once — everyone who opened in the last 90 days, on the Pro plan, in India — and it stays current. Target any mix of lists, segments and tags.

An editor built for email clients

Table-based, inline-styled output that survives Outlook and Gmail. Live preview, merge tags with fallbacks, and starter designs you can take apart.

Send-rate control

Per minute, per ten minutes, per hour or per day. A rolling window, so restarting or double-triggering can never cause a burst. Pause and resume mid-send.

Deliverability, built in

Live SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, one-click unsubscribe, an auto-generated plain-text part, a compliance footer, and a pre-send content audit.

Analytics in your own database

Opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes land in your Postgres as queryable rows. Per-campaign, per-contact and per-link — with no export request.

How it works

Three steps, no consultant required

01

Bring your contacts

Drop in a CSV. Fields are detected, mapped and reviewed by you, then written in one pass — tagged and sorted on the way in.

02

Write the email

Start from a template or a blank canvas. Personalise with merge tags, check it against the content audit, and send yourself a test.

03

Send at your pace

Choose your audience, set the rate, and let it run. Watch opens and clicks arrive, and pause any time.

Import

Point it at any CSV and it works out the rest

Exports from Customer.io, Close, HubSpot or a spreadsheet someone kept by hand all land the same way. You review every mapping decision before a single row is written.

  • Columns matched by name, by fuzzy match, and by reading the values
  • Unmatched columns kept as custom fields, never silently dropped
  • Plan or country columns become tags, so data arrives sorted
  • Parsed in your browser and streamed up, so large exports just work

Deliverability

The unglamorous work that decides whether any of it arrives

Most email problems are not content problems. Since 2024, Gmail and Yahoo reject bulk mail that fails authentication outright — so those checks are built in rather than sold as an add-on.

  • Live SPF, DKIM and DMARC lookups with specific fixes
  • One-click unsubscribe headers (RFC 8058), as Gmail and Yahoo require
  • Plain-text alternative generated for every message
  • A suppression list an import can never override

Sending

Decide exactly how fast the mail goes out

A rolling window measured against what actually left the building — so a restart, a double-click or an overlapping run can never cause a burst.

  • Rates per minute, ten minutes, hour or day — changed mid-send
  • Recipients interleaved across mailbox providers, not sent alphabetically
  • Pause, fix, resume — with nothing ever sent twice
  • An account-wide hourly ceiling as a safety net

Questions

Answers, without the hedging

Do I need my own email sending account?

Yes. MyNewsletter sends through Zoho ZeptoMail using your own credentials, which means you own the sending reputation and pay ZeptoMail's rates for delivery directly. We handle the queueing, pacing, personalisation, tracking and compliance around it.

What counts as a contact?

Any unique email address stored in your account, regardless of how many lists or segments it belongs to. Unsubscribed and bounced addresses stay in your suppression list but do not count towards your limit.

Can I import from Customer.io, Close or Mailchimp?

If it exports a CSV, it imports. There is no fixed column layout to match — the mapping step reads whatever headers your file has and proposes a mapping you can correct.

Will my emails land in the inbox?

Nobody can promise that, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does. What we can do is make sure the things under your control are right: authentication, a real unsubscribe path, a plain-text alternative, a physical address in the footer, sensible pacing, and a clean list. The built-in checker tells you exactly what is still wrong.

How does open tracking work, and how accurate is it?

A 1×1 pixel, the same as everyone else uses. It undercounts, because Apple Mail Privacy Protection pre-fetches images and many clients block them entirely. Click tracking is the more reliable signal, and we show both rather than pretending the open rate is the truth.
